What is a Motion Intro?

A Motion Intro is your premium first visit. We do a quick intake, a brief movement screen, and a short coached session. You'll leave with your LML Score and a recommended plan.

Do I need training experience?

Not at all. We work with all levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Our screening ensures you start at the right level for you.

How big are the group classes?

We cap groups at 8 people maximum. This ensures personalized attention while maintaining group energy.

How does the LML Score work?

We assess three components: mobility, strength, and conditioning. Each gets a score that combines into your overall 0–100 result. Re-testing every 6–8 weeks tracks your progress.

Can I attend without a membership?

We primarily operate on a membership model to ensure consistency and results. However, we offer trial packages for those who want to experience LML before committing.

What's the cancellation policy?

We ask for 24-hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. This helps us maintain small class sizes and gives others a chance to book.
